With over a decade devoted to the culinary arts, Chef Kiên Phan carries a passion that goes beyond cooking, it is the desire to tell stories through flavor. From his early days of training at Le Cordon Bleu London to years in international kitchens, he has always believed that technique forms the foundation, but it is the heart that gives a dish its soul. At Sóno, each dish is a dialogue between tradition and modernity, celebrating the beauty of Vietnamese culture with a refined perspective that resonates with both local and international guests.
